Legion Curriculum

Notes:

  • There is no obligation for any chapter to adhere directly to this schedule or curriculum. This is merely an example.
  • The Instructor for the chapter is welcome to follow any schedule they see fit to teach in a manner that compliments their own method for teaching.
  • We request only that the greater anticipation be that most who participate will have little to no knowledge of BJJ and therefore will require a foundation of basic concepts.
  • We also request that, whichever schedule you decide, that it be posted for any to follow and prepare should they so choose.
  • We prefer that classes be scheduled for 2 hours with the instruction portion being anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes.
  • The greater emphasis for each class is intended to be on the physical and mental exercise and focus.
